How we handle information you send us through this website.

Information we collect
This website has no accounts and runs no advertising trackers. We collect personal information only when you choose to send it:
- Enquiries. The name, organisation, email address, country and message you include when you contact us. The contact form composes a message in your own email application; it does not store anything on this website.
- Correspondence. Emails you send to contact@coalescence.me and any documents attached.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to scope, quote and deliver work you ask us to do.
- To meet legal, accounting and contractual obligations.
- To protect the security and availability of our systems.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Client data handled during projects
Where an engagement gives us access to your systems or data, that access is governed by the contract and any non-disclosure or data-processing agreement signed for the project, which takes precedence over this policy. We work to least-privilege access, and access is revoked at the end of the engagement.
Your rights
Under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, request deletion where we have no overriding legal obligation to retain it, object to certain processing, and request a copy in a portable format. Email contact@coalescence.me and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is retained while there is a live business relationship and for as long as legal and accounting obligations require. You may ask us to delete correspondence sooner.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to be served.
Security
We apply the practices we recommend to clients: encryption in transit, least-privilege access and prompt patching. No system is perfectly secure and we will not claim otherwise.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
